1. The thermal expansion of steel pipe specifications: Φ 60 ~ 1420 mm diameter;Wall thickness: 3 ~ 120mm.
2. Reaming mold (mandrel  core head), heating coil, ordered by the user individually.
3. Expanded tube mold pull rod, provided by the supplier with drawings, made by the user himself.
4. Auxiliary equipment: hydraulic steel pipe straightening machine, pipe end incision band saw, steel pipe testing equipment, hydraulic pressure testing machine, ordered by the user alone.
5. The components of medium frequency power supply, such as thyristor, medium frequency induction heating coil, compensation capacitor, water cable, reactor, etc. shall be cooled by circulating water. The cooling system of circulating water shall be prepared by the user (provide reference drawings).High power medium frequency power supply. In order to improve the efficiency of medium frequency induction heating and realize energy saving, it is recommended that the input voltage of medium frequency power supply is 660V.In order to save the land area, it is recommended to use heat exchanger or cooling tower for circulating water cooling.
6. The maximum pressure of the hydraulic system of the pipe expanding machine is 21MPa, and l-hm (anti-wear hydraulic oil # 46) is used.
