If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will cause damage to the paper surface.  If the straight pipe incision is not smooth, it can be completed by adjusting the left and right adjustment bolts on the cutting table.  Be slow to cut into the saw and quick to return.  The feed speed is controlled by adjusting the stop valve at the front of the cylinder.
