    In the tunnel cavity with external force locking, the tube blank of cold push elbow machine is pushed into the forming cavity with inner core by the hydraulic push rod from the guide section, and then is demoulded by the stripping equipment. The whole process is operated by an intelligent system.  The host machine includes the fuselage, mold closing cylinder, side push cylinder, demoulding organization structure, control organization by power station, pipeline and electrical control box, operation box and so on.  Aocheng production of mechanical equipment is mainly used for carbon steel, stainless steel 1D, 1.5D elbow cold push molding.  There are two kinds of elbow machines: ball over ball pushing and mandrel forming. Mandrel forming is equipped with semi-automatic mechanical demoulding equipment.  

    Pipe fitting machinery includes elbow machine, pipe bending machine, three-way machine, pipe expanding machine and other equipment.  The mechanical part is equipped with four major mechanisms, namely power source mechanism, clamping and fixing mechanism, bending radius adjustment mechanism and propulsion mechanism.  

     

    Pipe fitting machinery includes a pipe bender;  Bend diameter from 21 to 1620mm, wall thickness from 3 to 100mm we can do.  Pipe fitting machinery also includes hydraulic intermediate frequency pipe bender, hydraulic intermediate frequency pipe bender can be used for carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, any material of steel pipe.  Therefore, the pipe has good mechanical properties, good wear resistance, high mechanical production efficiency, less failure and long life.
