Technical parameters of steel pipe flaring machine: diameter of flaring: 60-1900mm, wall thickness of flaring: 3-100mm (sectional design and manufacturing equipment).  Length of flamed steel tube: 3-12m.  The steel tube flaring length is 1-1.5 times of the steel tube diameter.  

Expanding machine structure is divided into: rack device, main cylinder and the plate, steel tube feeding, steel pipe rack, steel tube center device, steel tube flaring and exit the clamping device, the hydraulic control system, electric control system (work station), intermediate frequency power supply heating equipment, heating coil to adjust frame, induction heating coil, flaring die, cooling circulating water system, etc.
