3 Control the clamping process through the hydraulic system and control the clamping force, and control the feed distance and time of the left and right punches through the hydraulic system of the tee machine, and at the same time, the punch feed and internal pressure can be well matched;
4 When the left and right punches move to the specified position, stop the feed and release the internal pressure, and then release the oblique tee pipe;
5 The semi-finished products are subjected to solution treatment, shaping, beveling, grinding and sandblasting to prepare finished metal oblique tee fittings.
