Mold installation sequence of cold forming elbow machine:
A. Install half of the mold first.
B. Install the mold support platform.
C. Adjust the upper and lower mold Angle to be moderate;
D. install the other half of the mold.
E. Check whether the Angle of upper and lower die and rotary table is different.
F. install forward push rod of main cylinder;
G. Check whether the first and second stroke of the top bar are moderate;
H. Feeding die,
I. Check whether the forward push rod and feed die of the lower die and the main cylinder are on the same line, and then the bend can be pushed.
