Repair and maintenance of medium frequency elbow machine

Medium frequency elbow machine is used to produce carbon steel and alloy steel elbow equipment, can produce 1/2 "-64" elbow, in order to make its better work, we need to regular repair and maintenance for the elbow machine.
1. Check the fasteners at all parts to make them tight.
2. All joints of hydraulic pump station are equipped with oil-resistant rubber sealing ring. If the sealing ring is damaged, oil leakage, it should be replaced in time.
3. Clean the oil tank and filter the hydraulic oil within 1-2 months after the equipment starts to use.
4. When cleaning the oil tank, clean the inlet filter of each pump.
