Before the operation of the pipe expanding machine, check whether there is any damage on the surface of the power supply line, and then proceed to the next procedure.
Select the core mandrel,core head and heater according to the machining pipe diameter and thickness, and install them in order.
Do not oil the materials between the pipe and the pipe mould, clear the sewage in the pipe, and evenly paint lead powder in the pipe.
The parts should be clamped, steel tube and heater concentric alignment.
Adjust the process parameters and turn on the power supply in order to run production.
