(1) power system
The power system of pipe bending machine is composed of motor and reducer, and there are two working states: fast forward (backward) and working forward, respectively driven by ac motor and frequency conversion motor.
Variable frequency motor: provides the power for bending machine operator to enter.
Ac motor: brake and electromagnetic clutch and ac motor linkage control.
(2) transmission mechanism
The transmission mechanism of pipe bending machine includes gear set, chain, guide rail and so on.
