The structure and working principle of chamfering machine

1. The equipment consists of a chamfering machine, a pipe clamping device and an upper and lower feeding stand.

The chamfering machine is composed of a transmission deceleration part, a floating cutter head part, a movable feed rotating spindle part and a rotating steel pipe clamping part.

The feeding and unloading device consists of the lifting oil cylinder of the raw steel tube and the conveying roller table with adjustable height.

2. Working principle

The pipe fitting or pipe material on the feeding stand is sent to the roller table of chamfering machine by lifting oil cylinder, and the pipe material or pipe fitting is sent to the processing part, after clamping and cutting, it can be processed (the equipment can not only groove outside, but also inside and outside).After the processing is completed, the steel pipe will be moved to the discharging platform through the lifting cylinder, thus completing the whole process of processing.
