    This elbow machine is used for elbow formation. The main power is hydraulic cylinder. The heating method is medium frequency heating (in addition, coal furnace and natural gas heating are also used).

    Elbow push-making machine mainly includes: machine stand, main oil cylinder support plate (including main oil cylinder), movable push plate, front support plate, semi-automatic feeding mechanism, intermediate frequency coil adjusting frame (including intermediate frequency heating coil), intermediate frequency power supply, electrical control system and so on.
    Pipe fitting equipment consists of main engine, hydraulic pump station, operation station, motor control cabinet, intermediate frequency power supply, compensation capacitor, water cable, intermediate frequency coil adjusting frame, reactor.
    Set the cut raw materials on the elbow mold core rod, put the intermediate frequency induction line trap at the end of the elbow mold core, start the cooling water pump and intermediate frequency power supply, heat the raw materials to about 800°C, then start the pushing machine to push the elbow.
    Select the main push pump according to the pushed elbow, select the feeding speed, the sluice gate and the mandrel to be heated to the working temperature, and start pushing. During the working, the pushing speed can be adjusted. Push to the middle point, the pusher stops automatically, the hydraulic sluice gate dies, the mandrel is loaded, release the sluice gate and go back to the end point.Note: when the main pump work can be used at the same time, generally only one can be used.It can also be used to step back without stopping.The back pump cannot be used at the same time, only one can be started and the other can be used as a backup.Feeding pump can only be used when feeding.
