The hydraulic two-step pipe expanding machine is a double cylinder parallel and even speed hydraulic pushing machine. The valve bench of the pump station adopts the integrated form.The pump station is composed of multi-stage pumps: one plant is equipped with 2 working pumps for the equipment of the fourth specification, and 1 working pump for the equipment of the fifth to the eighth specification.Set up a no-load fast forward and fast back pump.Pipe expanding machine equipment is divided into two ways: primary propulsion and secondary propulsion.
The intermediate frequency power supply is installed on the front end of the equipment, the intermediate frequency induction coil is installed on the adjustment frame, the tube core head mold and the pipe material are heated, and then the pipe making machine is started, the tube can be expanded.The electrical control part of the pipe making machine is installed in the main control cabinet. The travel switch is installed at both ends of the equipment. After the push plate is reached, the machine will stop automatically.
Installation and debugging of hydraulic pipe expander: the hydraulic pipe expander shall be installed according to the foundation drawing stopped by the manufacturer. The overall equipment shall be installed with a level gauge to find the right level. After finding the right level and rectifying the center, the whole equipment shall be fixed.Before the hydraulic pipe expander leaves the factory, the pump station, hydraulic pipe making machine and intermediate frequency power supply have all been debugged. After the equipment arrives at the buyer, the equipment manufacturer will send personnel to guide the installation and debugging.
