The fuselage of the tee machine has enough strength and hardness, the welding part shall be nondestructive inspection and testing, and the welding part shall be aging treatment to ensure that the stress is completely eliminated and the pipe fitting equipment of the tee machine will not be deformed in use. The machine body appearance is smooth, the welding seam is polished smooth, no welding slag and flow scar phenomenon.

1. Hydraulic system:

The system is equipped with hydraulic oil filtration. The oil tank adopts a closed structure and the front opening window is equipped with anti-clogging, oil temperature and liquid level meter and air filter.

2. Hydraulic pump station

Advanced two position cartridge valve is adopted. It has the advantages of compact structure, flexible action, reliable seal and convenient maintenance and replacement. Left and right cylinders can move separately and double (synchronous).

3. Electrical system

Adopt button centralized control (PLC control). It has two operation modes of inching adjustment and semi-automatic working cycle.
