The basic working principle of vertical hydraulic pipe bender is that by determining reasonable fulcrum and force point and applying bending moment, the steel pipe will be plastic deformation, so as to realize the cold bending of the steel pipe.The lower die is located at the front of the pipe bender and is suspended on the frame by the hydraulic cylinder to be in a floating state.When bending the pipe, the steel pipe is bent due to the rise of the lower die. The force generated by the rise of the lower die is the main power when bending the pipe.The upper die is hung in the middle of the frame, and the upper die and the frame are close to each other when the pipe is bent to play a fulcrum role.The jig is located at the tail of the pipe bender, which can clamp one end of the steel pipe when bending, and can adapt to the Angle change of the steel pipe due to the axis deflection.When the lower die rises, the transverse force of the steel pipe is the same as the bending state of the beam.The center of the upper die and the fixture are subjected to the counterforce of the support. When the force exerted on the steel pipe by the rise of the lower die gradually increases to a certain value, the tensile stress on the lower pipe wall reaches the yield limit of the steel, and the steel pipe is subjected to plastic deformation and bending.
