1. Cold extrusion tee machine is used for hydraulic molding of stainless steel, carbon steel seamless, seam, cold push tee molding machine (¢21mm-¢630mm), steel metal flow is good, beautiful appearance, compact organization strength is improved.This machine has high nominal pressure, large opening, high guiding accuracy and high versatility, which can be used for punching, stretching, rectifying, pressing and other parts with difficult shapes, and is usually used for the production of petroleum, thermoelectric and water pipe fittings.
The operation mode of this machine is divided into: semi-automatic, automatic two operation modes.Electrical control system adopts PLC control, can automatically decompress, exhaust.
1. Working environment temperature: 0-40℃.2. Power supply: three-phase four-wire 50Hz,380V.3. Voltage: 380V±10%.4. Hydraulic system using medium: YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
Stainless steel equal diameter tee mechanism process includes the following steps:
A.The casting and pressing mold is preheated before use. The preheating temperature is 700-750 ℃, not more than 750℃. Gas, blowtorch, electrical appliances or induction heating are used.
B. The high temperature causes the liquid aluminum metal to be sticky, the casting cooling is slow, and the grain size is coarse. Therefore, when the die casting mold temperature is at 750℃ or above, the die casting mold is cooled, and compressed air, water or chemical medium is used for cooling.
C. Filling holding pressure. Set the filling time as 0.01s-0.1s from the time when liquid aluminum metal enters the cavity to the time when the cavity is filled. The filling time can be flexibly set according to the cross-sectional area of the inner gate or the width and thickness of the inner gate as well as the volume and complexity of the aluminum tee casting.
