The forming principle of cold extrusion tee machine: first put the tube billet into the lower die cavity, under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the plunger head is pressed into both ends of the pipe fitting, so that the pipe fitting cavity is sealed, and then the liquid medium is injected into the pipe fitting cavity through the liquid channel in the push head;At this point, the upper die moves down and forms a closed cavity together with the lower die. Finally, the liquid pressure controlled by the high pressure pump and valve increases continuously, the push head pushes the pipe fitting inward, the pipe wall deforms and gradually adheres to the inner wall of the mold, and the tee is formed.
The three-way machine itself is a non-standard product, so there is no specific specification and model, we can directly customize according to customer requirements.We can do both the diameter of the tee from 21mm to 630mm and the wall thickness from 3mm to 20mm.
